Giving back has always been a priority at Budsies. With the help of our incredible sponsors and partners, we’ve been able to provide hundreds of children the opportunity to create their own huggable stuffed animal friends at no cost to them. Our Hands On Approach

We believe in using our magical abilities to directly benefit children.

Budsies has been able to make personalized stuffed animals for … 

  • Foster children so they could have a constant buddy in their lives and feel special

  • Underprivileged children so that they could enjoy something fun, just for them 

  • Children born with HIV/AIDS who took part in a safe haven camp in Northern Virginia

  • Children living with life-limiting illnesses and their siblings to make their world a little brighter 

  • Sick children undergoing medical treatment so they have a huggable buddy to accompany them during their hospital visits

Every year, we partner with hospitals and nonprofit organizations to help bring joy and comfort in the form of huggable stuffed animals to children who are at risk, undergoing medical treatment, or dealing with life-limiting illnesses. We have been blown away by the response from our community and the kindness of strangers towards this mission. 

We've also donated to many many more organizations: Jumpin for Jack Cystic Fibrosis, ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter, Teen with a Dream, New York Children's Theater Festival, Hernando Parks & Recreation, The Sixth Avenue Elementary School, Laurelwood Preschool, Ladybug House, Children's Hospital of Atlanta, Dana-Farber / Boston Children's Cancer Center, and Kids & Art Foundation.

About Budsies Pals Fund

The Budsies Pals Fund is designed to build strong partnerships with non-profit organizations, and other local organizations that are striving to make a difference in the lives of children. 

With the Budsies Pals Fund, we are able to donate directly, as well as connect with individual and corporate sponsors to raise even more funds for children.

The Fund is established through the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay, which helps with administration and grant-making. Thanks to one of our sponsors, Budsies was able to present an initial funding check to the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay in the amount of $10,000 to launch the Budsies Pals Fund. Working With Our Community

We define success not just by revenue and growth, but also in how we can contribute to making the world a better place to live. We’re especially proud of the work we’ve done in our local community over the years with organizations like The Boca West Foundation, Joe DiMaggio's Children's Hospital, The Quantum House and more.   

This year, we are partnering again with generous folks at The Boca West Foundation to sponsor kids at the Florence Fuller Child Development Center and SOS Village. These kids are incredibly resilient and their families and foster parents work so hard to give them what they need, so it’s an absolute pleasure to be able to offer them something that is pure FUN, which all children deserve.
